The Provider is [details to be confirmed], code [details to be confirmed]. The Customer is any person accepting this offer.

The Service is the tool at print3d.it-focus.agency that produces three-dimensional QR-code models in STL and 3MF formats.

A Generation is one successful download of the model archive. Previewing a model in the browser is not a generation and is not charged.

Acceptance occurs when you register on the Site or pay for a package of generations. From that moment the contract is concluded and has the force of a written agreement.

If you disagree with any term, do not register and do not pay.

The Provider grants access to the Service for creating and downloading QR-code models; the Customer pays for that access on the terms of this offer.

The service is digital: the result is files the Customer downloads. No physical goods are supplied and no delivery is performed.

An account is required. On registration the Customer receives a number of free starting generations, stated on the Service page.

Once they are used up, further downloads require purchasing a package.

A generation is deducted when the archive is successfully produced. If it fails due to a fault on our side, the generation is returned to the balance automatically.

The price per generation and the minimum package size are stated on the Service page and apply as at the time of payment. The package total equals the number of generations multiplied by the unit price.

Payment is made in Ukrainian hryvnia through the acquiring bank. Payment occurs when funds are credited to the Provider.

Purchased generations are credited automatically once the bank confirms payment. Generations do not expire.

The Provider may change prices; changes do not affect generations already paid for.

The service is deemed fully and properly rendered at the moment the Customer downloads the model archive.

As this is digital content supplied immediately, by starting the download the Customer consents to immediate performance and loses the right of withdrawal in respect of generations already used.

Unused generations are refundable on written request to [details to be confirmed] within fourteen calendar days of payment.

Generations already used are not refundable.

Refunds are made by the original payment method within the period set by the payment system rules.

The Provider shall keep the Service running and preserve the Customer’s balance, and may suspend access if these terms are breached.

The Customer shall not share account access, shall not attempt to circumvent generation counting, and shall not use the Service unlawfully.

The Customer is solely responsible for the content encoded into the QR code and for third-party rights in it.

Files created by the Customer belong to the Customer and may be used without restriction, including commercially.

Rights in the Service itself, its code and design remain with the Provider.

The Service is provided “as is”. The Provider does not warrant that a printed model will suit any particular printer, material or printing conditions.

The Customer must verify that the QR code scans before producing a print run. The Provider is not liable for printing costs of models that prove unsuitable.

The Provider’s liability is in all cases limited to the amount paid for unused generations.

The Provider is not liable for outages caused by the hosting provider, payment system, telecom operator or force majeure.

This offer is open-ended until withdrawn. The Provider may amend it by publishing a new version on this page.

Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the new version.

Disputes are settled by negotiation and otherwise under the laws of Ukraine, which govern this contract.
